On October 9-10, 2025, the historic Nesvizh Castle in the Minsk Region will host a key event for the aviation community—the 14th Air Law Conference—held with the support of the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC).
The conference is organized by the National Air Law Association and the AEROHELP Institute of Air and Space Law, with the Belarusian State University acting as the scientific partner.
The conference will feature a presentation by Yury Morozov, Senior Partner of the law firm Attorney's Group. He will speak as part of the panel discussion "Passenger Rights and Public Policy: Regulation and Practice," scheduled for October 10. The session will focus on current issues of regulation and enforcement practice in the field of passenger rights protection.
The conference agenda covers a wide range of topics, including gender equality in aviation, the future of the Chicago system of international air law, the green agenda, new aircraft financing tools, and the legal aspects of unmanned aerial vehicle operations.
The event invites participation from aviation authorities, operators, lawyers from leading law firms, leasing and insurance companies, aircraft manufacturers, and other industry professionals.
